DerDieDas Inc. Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions for participating in any DerDieDas Inc. program:
General – all programs
● As a participating family I am aware of and will follow DerDieDas Inc.’s Child Safe Standards, COVID-19 protocols and its Code of Conduct.
● I will remind my child/ren to treat all property with high respect and inform a tutor/ adult in case of any damage.
● The full enrolment fee must be paid prior to the start of a term/ event to be able to participate.
● DerDieDas does not provide a refund if a child does not attend a session. This does not apply if DerDieDas cancels a session. In the latter, DerDieDas will either provide a credit or refund. The only exception is where a half term option was booked, in which case no credit or refund will be given.
● DerDieDas does not provide a refund for a language test for the SchulPro program, if the child does not pass this test.
● When reasonable efforts have not been able to resolve difficult situations, and it will likely be in the best interest of the child, and other participating children, DerDieDas reserves the right to cancel a child’s enrollment in a program. While the decision will not be taken lightly, it would be likely in the following circumstances:
o Continued disruptive, dangerous or aggressive behaviour by students or their parents
o Breach of our terms and conditions
o Failure to pay fees within a reasonable timeframe
Any fees paid or payable will not be refunded.
● DerDieDas programs are not held on Public Holidays and in Victorian School Holidays.

If my child becomes sick during the session, I will leave/collect my child as required.
● DerDieDas respects your privacy and uses any gathered information to assist in ensuring the programs are relevant and useful to your child, and in order to comply with certain laws and regulations. Any personal information gathered from you or about your child will not be provided to any 3rd party unless required by law.
● DerDieDas may disclose your information to service providers, agents and contractors (e.g. tutors) from time to time to help to provide services to you or as required or authorised by law.
